These terms apply to quotations, orders and deliveries from MyOEBase unless we have agreed otherwise in writing on your order confirmation. Where our order confirmation and these terms differ, the order confirmation prevails.

1. Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to stock availability at the time of order. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation. Prices are indicative on the website; the confirmed price is the one on your order confirmation.

2. Vehicle fitment and buyer responsibility

We confirm fitment against the VIN or OE number you provide. You are responsible for supplying accurate vehicle identification — including any model year, trim, market variant or factory option that affects the part. Parts are supplied for the vehicle identified on the order confirmation; we cannot accept returns for unsuitability where the buyer supplied incorrect or incomplete vehicle details.

3. Product condition and description

Parts are supplied as New Genuine, New OEM or Refurbished, as stated in the quotation and product listing. Photographs are representative; minor differences in packaging, labelling or supplier batch may occur without affecting function. Electronic components must be installed and coded by a qualified technician.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are exclusive of import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country, which are the buyer’s responsibility unless we have agreed DDP terms. Payment terms are stated on the order confirmation.

5. Delivery and risk

Delivery times are estimates based on the shipping method selected and are not guaranteed, as delays in international transit are outside our control. Under EXW and FOB terms, risk passes to the buyer in accordance with Incoterms 2020. Please inspect shipments promptly and report any shortage or damage within 7 days of delivery.

6. Warranty

Our parts are warranted against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery as described on our Shipping, Payment & Warranty page. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, coding or programming, water ingress after installation, accident damage, or modification by the customer. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the part.

7. Returns

Returns require our prior written authorisation and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Parts must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Electronic components that have been powered up, coded or installed cannot be returned. Return freight is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return results from our error.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or labour costs incurred by the buyer or its customers.

9. Intellectual property and trademark notice

We supply original equipment and OEM parts manufactured by or for Volkswagen Group and its suppliers. Part numbers and vehicle model names are used for identification purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorised dealer of Volkswagen AG, Audi AG, Škoda Auto or SEAT S.A. Vehicle manufacturers’ trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before commencing proceedings.
