Which cars does this number fit?
This VAG part number lookup shows every vehicle a number fits, whether it has been superseded by a newer revision, and whether we stock it. Paste the number from your old part, a quote or a forum post.
Spaces, dots and dashes are ignored — paste the number exactly as it appears on the part, 036905715E and 036 905 715 E both work.

Looking for parts for a specific car?
Fitment data is compiled from ETKA and verified against real vehicles. Numbers are cross-referenced from the same ETKA database, so a number we do not list may still be a valid part — send it over and we will source it.
Common questions
How do I check whether a VAG part number fits my car?
Enter the number in the lookup box. The tool lists every make, model, year range and engine variant that the number is catalogued for, so you can compare it against your own vehicle. If your exact model does not appear, the part is not confirmed for it.
What does it mean when a part number has been superseded?
Volkswagen Group revises parts without changing the base number, usually by advancing the trailing letter. A superseded number still fits the same vehicles, but the newer revision is the one currently supplied. The lookup shows both directions: older numbers the part replaces, and any newer revision that replaces it.
Can I use an older revision instead of the current one?
In most cases yes, the older revision fits the same vehicles, which is why ETKA links them. It may lack later improvements, and for electronic modules coding can differ between revisions. When in doubt, order the current number shown in the lookup.
Why does the tool say you do not stock a valid part number?
We list around 170 numbers focused on retrofit hardware, drivetrain and electronics. A number can be perfectly valid and still be outside that range. Send it through the quote form and we will source it.
How accurate is the fitment list?
Each list is built from the ETKA catalogue for the number and cross-checked against the vehicles the part was actually fitted to. Engine codes are shown where they matter, because two cars of the same model and year can take different parts depending on PR codes. If your engine code is listed, the part is confirmed.
