Shipping, Payment & Warranty
The commercial terms our buyers ask about most. Anything not covered here — ask us, and we will put it in writing on your quotation.
Shipping
Express courier — DHL, FedEx and UPS for parcels up to roughly 70 kg. Typical transit 3–7 working days door to door, fully tracked.
Air freight — for shipments too large for courier but urgent. Airport to airport, or door to door through our forwarder.
Sea freight — LCL and FCL for bulk orders. The most economical option for volume; transit typically 25–45 days depending on destination.
Terms — EXW Shanghai, FOB Shanghai, or DDP for selected destinations. Tell us your port or city and we will quote the option that works out cheapest.
Payment
- Bank transfer (T/T) — standard terms for wholesale orders. Bank details are on every invoice.
- PayPal — accepted for sample and trial orders.
- Other terms — for larger or repeat contracts we can agree deposit and balance schedules. Tell us what your finance department requires.
Please note: we never ask for payment to a bank account that differs from the one printed on our invoice. If you receive a request to change bank details, call us to verify before paying.
Warranty
Our parts are warranted against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Genuine parts also carry the manufacturer’s own warranty policy.
If a part fails, contact us with your order number, the vehicle details and photographs. We will confirm the correct diagnostic path with you — many apparent failures turn out to be coding or wiring issues, which we will walk you through first — and where a part is genuinely faulty we replace or repair it, usually by including it in your next shipment to keep freight costs down.
Not covered: damage from incorrect installation, coding or programming, water ingress after installation, accident damage, or parts modified by the customer.
Returns & Order Accuracy
Please open and inspect shipments promptly and report any discrepancy within 7 days of delivery. If we shipped the wrong part, we cover return freight and send the correct item immediately. If a part was ordered in error, contact us before returning it — we will tell you whether it can be accepted and what restocking applies, as some electronic components cannot be returned once powered up.
Documents
Every shipment includes a commercial invoice and packing list. Certificates of origin and other documentation can be provided on request — tell us what your customs broker needs.
